Discover the Story Behind Jeannine Rundle Creative

Following a career in illustration I now channel my creativity into making unique ceramic pieces with character. I did a few terms of night school at Exeter college and then, once I'd learned the basics, decided to try to develop my own characters and techniques on my own. Having done some workshops, met many potters, joined groups and been to demonstrations - all of which I continue to do -  I have picked up new techniques and continue to learn whilst developing my own ideas and designs. I try to inject a slightly off beat feel to each design and aim to raise a smile. Mostly hand building, but occasionally venturing onto the wheel, I work from a studio in my garden in mid Devon where I'm lucky enough to live with my husband and a range of animals. Life is interesting, fulfilling and exciting at the moment. Long may it continue :)
